Project Management

Over the years we have been retained by pension funds, and both public and private entities to acquire, manage and develop certain assets. We oversee all the day to day operations which include everything from arranging financing, to dealing with municipalities, consultants, sub trades, contractors, other land owners and tenants. We prepare detailed pro formas and cost analysis to ensure the project meets the objectives of the ownership. Development is a constantly changing landscape and we work diligently to ensure we are always current and able to deal with any possible surprises that may arise.
